Hello everyone!
This is Ms Laecee typing in...I joined all of you this year on my stilts and had the time of my life. Burning Man has become such an incredible thing to me because of all the effort I have put in the years I have gone. However, this year, I don't want to focus on our camp so much...so I am feeling a void of participation.
If anyone is still interested in participating with the Santa Cruz Conclave this year even without our trusty leader, Kara, I would be interested in being little miss organzier. I have a lot of brain power that needs to be put to work...and this would be perfect. I don't have the fire skills, but I know this is about working together. So, if everyone would be interested in putting our heads together, I will apply to be the go between with Crimson. If not, I hope the conclave rests deep in your hearts, or, if someone else really, really wants to be the foreman...all the power to you!

I had an amazing time in conclave last year and would love to do it again. Kara will be sorely missed :( I would love to help out to organize a group for this year! You have my vote Laecee and my assistance as needed :)

I was about 1 day away from stepping up to the plate. I knew the stress would just about do me in, though. But I wasn't about to let Santa Cruz Conclave disappear.
So please lean on me as much as you need. I'll happily help you out with planning, running meetings, arranging rehearsal space, etc.
And after seeing what you did to create the TreeDwellers theme camp, I have absolutely no doubt of your ability to be our Conclave Shin.
You are amazing, my dear.

You are so awesome!!! I would love to help you as much as you need...I can help coordinate the drummers and help with rehearsals. choreography, and lots of moral support! You have my extreme vote of confidence--you are fabulous, my dear--and all of my creativity, love, and desire to help!
Kara--you have done such an increible kick-ass job...it it such a huge undertaking, so I understand your needing a break. Briana--I knew you were thinking about it...I was even going to write you an email tonight egging you on and offering my help...so woo-hooo! to Lacee for the gift of your talents, energy, and self and woo-hooo! to Anthony, Briana, and everyone that will lend their hearts and hands.
