Hello fire folks. I heard through the grapevine that Heather is moving out of the area and won't be around to be shin. I think I've turned in the wet towel for good and will be working on other projects this year again.
So that leaves the question, who will lead the Santa Cruz Fire Conclave for 2007? Deadline is March 1 to Crimson so speak up now if you want the group to have a shot at submissions into the great circle. Time to get organized!

Re: SC needs a Shin
Mon, February 5, 2007 - 8:49 PMSo, I've been thinking about it. I'd be fine with doing the artistic direction, but I'm terrible with paperwork and organization. I could team up with someone who's up for that part... if there's anyone who'd volunteer for that job. -

Re: SC needs a Shin
Tue, February 13, 2007 - 11:09 PMUpdate: Theresa and Cindy have decided to co-Shin together. I think they will be communicating intent to Crimson and getting things going the beginning of next week. If you're not already on the email list, be sure to send them a message on tribe so they can get your info.

Re: SC needs a Shin
Thu, February 22, 2007 - 12:04 PMHey Everyone!
I just got a notice from Crimson about our need to communicate to her by the first, and so I jumped onto tribe to see what was going on with the Shin decision. Theresa and Cindy, thank you so much for stepping up to the plate. If either of you are too busy, feel free to ask me for help. I had considered offering my services as a Shin this year but wasn't aware of the deadlines until this morning. Thank you again, girls. I am very excited to see what is going to happen with your two wonderful brains on the job!
always,
laecee
